After a three-year hiatus, the Angove Family Winemakers' Vineyard Select Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is back in the U.S. marketplace in limited release--and it's been worth the wait. Grape shortages and extensive frost damage meant that the 2006 and 2007 vintages of this vibrant, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc never left the vine. Careful work in the vineyard brought in a small but first-rate crop in 2008, enough for a limited production of 1,000 6-bottle cases.
